I know Thanksgiving is all about being with loved ones and enjoying that time together, but I honestly get so stressed preparing for this holiday. It's just a ton of work. Any tips on making preparations easier, so I can relax more and enjoy what the day is really about?

I'm wondering if anyone has a healthy (and tasty) recipe for sweet potatoes? I have always made casseroles with a lot of brown sugar, butter and marshmallows ... more of a dessert! I am trying to be more health conscious, but I'm afraid if I don't make the casserole very sweet, no one will eat it.

The hardest part about Thanksgiving (or any holiday gathering for that matter) is dealing with the difficult relative factor. I have a mother-in-law that is not to be believed. She complains about everything and just puts such a damper on the day. I would love to know if others have this problem and how you can still welcome difficult guests into your home without letting them get under your skin.

I wonder if there are specific Thanksgiving prayers that reflect actual quotes from the original feast?

I am a vegetarian and I always feel uncomfortable at Thanksgiving dinners, not because I can't find plenty to eat, but because everyone seems to make such a big deal out of it. Honestly, it's not that difficult to fill up on veggies and potatoes. However, I thought it might help if I just brought a vegetarian protein dish to the next dinner so that people could just mellow out a bit. I'd love a good recipe recommendation. Anyone??
